How do I get to your Community?
From Columbia, follow Hghway 378 toward Sumter. Pass Shaw Air Force and continue to town bearing left, by staying on Highway 378. Take Exit 401 (Oswego Road), and Magnolia Manor is just ahead on the right.
Can I have a pet?
Sure you can. Cats and Small Dogs under 50 pounds are allowed. There is a $300 Pet Fee.
What Lease Terms Do You Offer?
Magnolia Manor offers 12 Month Lease terms, and also offers Corporate Housing at special rates.
What are your hours?
M-F 9:00 a.m. to 5:00pm
Sat 11:00- 4:00 pm.

Do you include any utilities in the rent?
Yes. Water is included in the rent.
